Why the tags matter
Most link-paste downloaders hand you an untitled file. Ours writes real metadata — ID3 frames for MP3, iTunes atoms for M4A — plus 500×500 cover art, so the track shows up correctly in your music app, on your phone, and in DJ software instead of landing in “Unknown Artist”.
The audio itself is untouched. We hand you exactly the stream SoundCloud serves rather than transcoding it, so there is no second generation of quality loss.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Single tracks, embedded tags and artwork are free with no account. Playlists are limited to the first 10 tracks; a Pro license lifts that to 100 and unlocks the quality picker.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup. If you own a Pro license you can paste the key to unlock Pro features, but downloading needs nothing.
What format do I get?
Whatever SoundCloud serves — these days almost always M4A (AAC) — with the tags written in and no re-encoding, so no extra quality loss. If you specifically need MP3, pick one of the MP3 chips and your browser converts it locally: free gives you 192 kbps, Pro unlocks 256 and 320.
Can I download any track?
Any public track, including the segmented streams SoundCloud now uses for nearly everything — those are reassembled for you. Go+ exclusives and DRM-protected uploads cannot be downloaded at all, by anything.
Is this legal?
Downloading audio you do not have the rights to may breach SoundCloud's terms and copyright law in your country. Use this for your own uploads, for tracks the artist has marked downloadable, or where you otherwise hold the rights. You are responsible for what you download.
